For that reason we make state of the art Slitting Lines not only to slit Hot Rolled (HR) or Cold Rolled (CR) carbon steel coils but also to process other delicate materials such as Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminium & other metals. The lines supplied by us are well acknowledged for various innovative features such as high Auto Blade Changing, Strand Stretching to minimize burr, Automated process controlling and flexibility of operations.
Apart from making Slitting lines for cutting narrow coils from main coils, we also make Slitting Lines for widths of up to 3000 mm, thickness of up to 20 mm and speeds of up to 250 m/min. The lines are composed of high-precision Slitters with quick tooling change for Slitter, Tensioning Device and Re-coiler. Scrap ballers or scrap choppers
